We are the leading providers of high-resolution 3D scanning services in Ireland.
- We can 3D Scan Objects with Artec 3D Scanners which have an accuracy of 0.05 mm & 0.1mm, with blue light technology.
- Non-invasive capture of real objects and produce a digital file.
- Send parts to our studio to be scanned, processed and returned to you.
- Alternatively, our 3D scanners are portable, so we can visit sites to Scan objects which are not transportable.
OUR SCANNING PROCESS
We can travel to scan location or you can post item to us
We take the 3D Scan and capture cloud point data.
We align the scans and create a highly accurate polygon mesh
Ready for reverse engineering, visualisations or 3D printing
Result
- Object is recorded as cloud point data and then goes through the post processing to fuse this data into a polygon mesh model.
A scanned high-poly digital mesh can exported out in any standard 3D file format, with full colour if needed. We also offer a file conversion service for these would require a NURBS model for the likes of solidworks, etc.
As part of a reverse engineering or product design pipeline, the scanned mesh can be converted into a solid CAD model, and exported as .sldprt, .stp or .igs files.

- Use 3D file for measurements
- 3D Print from file at any scale, any quantity, many materials.
- 3D Print from file can be used to create a mould
- Many benefits of having a 3D digital file, including preservation, inspection, reverse engineering, 3d visualisation and so on.
